I hope you enjoy going through my work, as I have enjoyed every painting from the moment I put up a blank canvas. For me, the entire process is a form of interaction between the canvas, paint, my thoughts and my strokes...the result being a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

My art has its roots in my formal education in Applied Art with a specialisation in Graphic Design from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai. After this, entry into the world of advertising seemed to be the natural progression.
Later I made a shift and decided to take to canvas and paint. I went through a process of experimentation and metamorphosis of style to create visual representations through the medium of acrylics.

In the expression of my journey as an artist, I have used formal elements in a semi-abstract manner to communicate a bouquet of emotions. Fearless use of colour and strong strokes are my tools in portraying the rough and smooth in the turbine of life.
